for slow flow yoga in the great outdoors!

We are excited to welcome to you Grassroots Farm to enjoy your yoga practice outdoors! Feel the sun on your face and the grass between your toes as we move through a relaxing yoga practice on our lawn. In the event of inclement weather we will move our practice into our covered shed space!

Join us Tuesday evenings, 7-8:15 pm, from June to September. Each session blends calming breath work, mindful meditation, gentle stretching and relaxing postures, fostering a deep connection with both self and the serene sounds of nature. Embrace this unique experience to nourish your body, calm your mind, and rejuvenate your spirit amidst the natural beauty of the farm.

We have lots of space here at the farm so be sure to bring along a friend to enjoy the practice with you!

Sign ups are done online via Offering Tree, simply click the button below to reserve your spot! If the class is full your name will be added to a waitlist. Classes are $15, we accept e-transfer or cash.
