During the cooler months, join Vicky Tuesday evenings, 7-8 pm for slow flow yoga. Each session blends calming breath work, mindful meditation, gentle stretching and relaxing postures, fostering a deep connection with both self and the serene sounds of nature. Embrace this unique experience to nourish your body, calm your mind, and rejuvenate your spirit amidst the natural beauty of the farm.
